"I waited nearly two hours for my delivery order that kept getting pushed back, until at 10:02pm they cancelled it. At the very least they could have let me know sooner so that I could get another company before closing time."

"Ordered a pizza it wasn't ready when promised. After waiting 15+ minutes over promised time I stood up to go ask how much longer and witnessed the guy handling pizza crust bare handed after taking money!! No handwashing!! Even if I would have seen him wash his hands it's gross to fix food bare handed (especially since he had a little longer fingernails! I don't even do that for my family I wear gloves! I will say he was nice when I asked for my money back. I hate this because I love papa johns … – show"

"Whoever answered the phone at 8:21 needs an attitude adjustment. Our card wasn’t working on the online app for some reason so we called in for an over the phone order. Some guy answered and kept telling us not to call the store phone and got an attitude when we said we just needed to place an order over the phone. He hung up. So we called the papa johns on hartsel and they were more than happy to take an online order. That kid needs to be trained quite a bit more."
