"We have been coming here for some time. The service is always slow but the food is very good. This time was different. It was Valentines Day weekend and very busy, but it is usually busy. It took almost minutes for the waitress to come to our table and take our order. I had to flag someone down to ask for water. The hummus appy tasted flat as if it was made days ago or lacking in flavor enhancements like lemon and garlic. One entrÃe, the okra dinner was awful. It wasn't even the color of okra. It tasted as if it was frozen for many months and just reheated. There was no flavor and unfortunately did not smell right. We didn't eat most of it fearing we might get sick. When they finally came to clear our plates, we told them that. At least they deducted this entrÃe price from the bill. I have made okra for years and know what it tastes like and what it is supposed to look like. The other entrees, chicken shish with salad were fine. But not once did the waitress come to check on us and ask how our meals were. Sadly, we won't be returning. The experience spoiled what could have been a nice Valentines Day meal."
