"Always have the best pizza in town. NICE PERSON BEHIND THE COUNTER WHEN I PICKED IT UP TO GO. IF U WANT TO IT IN THEY HAVE A GREAT SALAD BAR AND A FRIENDLY area with booths where u can eat. "This place has so much potential. Everything from the greet when you walk in to when the food is brought to you. The place was empty. The atmosphere is so dull. I placed my order and the person taking the order was not friendly and welcoming. (He wasn't rude)The pizza was okay, it could be better. The location in Tustin serves really good pizza therefore we don't mind paying what we pay for pizza. We always take our left over pizza home. We didnt care to take the left over pizza from here.. Its just different. We expected the same type of pizza and did not get the same. Wings were good.This place is spacious and in a good location. Like I said it has potential to be a way better place overall. Starting with **customer service , the quality of pizza, to a little upgrade."

"I love Round Table! I was very sad when my local Monrovia Round Table was taken casualty by covid. It dulls the pain knowing this location out in South Pasadena has outstanding customer service. The staff were very friendly, upbeat, and accurate on a very busy Superbowl Sunday. Thanks, guys!"

"Really good pizza, great customer service sometimes can be slow. Don't really care for the new order over the phone process you have to give the exact location or they could make your pizza for a different location did that tk me twice. I ordered for hanford and they made for lemoore I don't know why so now I clarify the location on the phone. Dine in area not very big but lots of TV and they have a 32oz beer limit now it's a new service that reads it off some sort of key fob. Kid-friendliness: Has a few arcade games not many and some other games but not many. Parking: It's located in a shopping center with lots of stores around. There is parking right in front of the store but if not then there is plenty of parking but just might have a small walk. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking right up front but could use more spaces"

"I had a great experience at this restaurant! My four-topping pizza, along with a fountain drink, was less than $9. I also received a lunch discount. The customer service, provided by Manny, an African American gentleman, was excellent. He was super nice and really made my lunch break relaxing. Thank you Manny for the great service! "I haven't been to a round table in almost 18 years. This place is quite great. The service was exceptional. There were a few dirty tables when we got here but they were just finishing up their rush so all employees were making sure food came out perfect and quick. And it was. Once the rush subsided they had 3 employees out cleaning the enter eating area. We didn't have salad but the bar did look delicious. We ran into 1 problem and it was resolved efficiently, friendly, and professionally... My son decided he wanted salt on his pizza and added maybe 5 tablespoons before we noticed. Michele at the front counter seen I needed help when I was dumping salt off his pizza so she offered to have a whole new pizza made for him. I highly recommend this establishment for a nice dine in pizza house."

"Shortly after placing my order yesterday 08-14-22 at Round Table 1728 W. Olive Merced, CA 95348 I received a call from displaced delivery driver in wrong town. I informed the driver with correct address but he never showed up. I called Rou..T. and was toldby Natalie it would be here in a few but never did. Today 08-15-22 I called Rou..T, asked to speak to a boss, I was given, TYLER(lead) to speak with. I shared the issue asked 4 refund which he refused I told him I'd b contacting corporate disrespectfully he hung up while I was still speaking Tyler's empathic uncompassionate behavior was very disturbing along withhis condescending tone truly showed deficient maturity level. Tyler is lackin social skills and overall is in serious need of adisposition makeover. Sincerely Yvonne Lucero"

"Pizza arrive 1 hour after the due time given at checkout out. Pizza tasted old and chewy as if it had been prepared and left in the warmer for a long time. Also, I ordered classic bone wings and got boneless wings also tasting old and reheated like the pizza. This by far was one of the worst tasting pizzas we have ever had. We still ate it since we were hungry, after waiting for 2.hours for Delivery, but next time we might try one of your competitors. We used to love Roundtable but it seems the last couple of orders it has been going downhill. Either something is forgotten or we get the old bait and switch or our experience from today. Unsure, if we will order again from Roundtable pizza as of this moment"

"I had a fantastic experience at Round Table Pizza in Diamond Bar. The ambience was not only super nice but also exceptionally clean. It's definitely a kid-friendly place, making it a great choice for families. I brought my Wife, my Mother-In-Law and my Wife's Grandmother here for lunch and they loved it. What truly stood out was the service; our server was awesome and incredibly accommodating. We ordered a Pepperoni Pizza and a Pepperoni and Pineapple Pizza, and both were not just good but delicious. I particularly appreciated the freshness of the salad, which is exactly how I like it. All in all, Round Table Pizza left a great impression, and I'm looking forward to returning. In fact, I might just make it my go-to pizza joint because of the wonderful experience and tasty food."
