"While the ravens are beautifully sorted and beautifully presented, for those who have eaten in many Ramon restaurants, the raven here is in my opinion a 2.5 out of 5 stars. The pig was too chewing and fat, it seemed as if the meat cooked or cooked quickly, so the pig never became tender and soft, and the fats were solid and had a icky texture. As far as broth is concerned, it was closer to a vegetable soup than a pig broth. The mushrooms and daikon radiate the aromas of the other ingredients so ramen tasted mainly like mushrooms and daikon. Overall, unless you are a fanatic vegetable lover, you should not order the ruts. Rather, I recommend the pizzas because they taste pretty good. The service here is the reason why I give him a 4, the servers and bartenders tend to be a good one to your meal experience. They provide additional information about the local area and are known in the food they like in the restaurant."
