"This assessment applies only to one person. The person on 9 November 2022 on the phone. They were dismissed and lied. I never even got a message that my food was too late. It was an hour of delivery window. And when I called after 1:20, they lied and said I had been registered in the app(seamless). I didn't. When I hung up, I got a notification that my food would be too late. I don't care if it's late. It happens. I told the supplier that I was grateful for him and tipped off extra. But the person on the phone deliberately lied to make it easier for them."
