"Good barbecue. Disappointed that after mediocre service, 21% gratuity was added automatically onto our check for a party of 6. I am certainly not opposed to tipping well. However, that decision should be left to the guest. At the very least the establishment should ensure exceptional service, to justify the automatic gratuity."
