"Placed an online order for 2 BLT sandwiches. Had a 10min wait at the prescheduled pickup time and the bread was only toasted on one of the sandwiches. Frankly, service every where, across all sectors, is poor since the Pandemic."

"Let me preface that I was a fan of Perkins pre-pandemic; though I didnt order delivery then. The current Perkins definitely needs to rethink "packaging". Using non-compartmented packages and basically putting everything together in a single box doesnt result in anything appetizing. Also; specifically; this isnt meatloaf. Its more like pepper steak. All in all; the food was edible; but not anything more. And the French silk pie was indistinguishable from a thawed out frozen one obtained from any grocery store; which is sad because they used to have a very good bakery menu."
"Old masks laying under the table as i ate. Charged 3$ for ranch cause i asked for dipping sauce for my fries. Forgot the fries and the ranch at first, took 10 minutes to bring out the dipping sauce so everything was cold. Hamburger dry and hard as can be. Egg overcooked and was like eating in a clownhouse. 40$ for two hamburgers and some fries. Shoulda went to culvers or freddys or even dennys. "The waitress was horrible and very rude. When something was said to management, she came up and started raising her voice about and she was not respectful at all. The management cashier was very pleasant and courteous. The chicken fried steak was also over cooked."
