"We showed up to the restaurant without having a reservation but were greeted by the host kindly. We stood outside for about 15 minutes before they were open but they let us in early. Most of us got the restaurant week menu and it's a very good deal. The bread was good and idk what that balsamic vinegar and olive oil was but it's soooo good. I got the smoked salmon: it was good and the olive was interesting but quite salty as the olives are. Rigatoni truffle was pretty good , not too heavy. You get a good whiff of the truffle. Pana cotta was yummy but I was too full! We had a great time. The service was attentive and the place look really nice and classy. Great vibes to catch up with old friends. Definitely take advantage of the restaurant week menu when you can."

"My associate and I are frequent diners here. The food is always good, and the ambience pleasant. We especially like the outdoor seating by the waterfall, when the weather allows it. We really like Kimberly, who is a newer server, and is always welcoming and attentive. (We almost stopped coming because we kept getting the Moroccan ? male server who was routinely snippy rude. The item we order most frequently is the cheese ravioli with meatball which is delicious with a glass of Banfi chianti, and the bean soup appetizer, which is a nice small lunch for me with bread wine. My only complaint with how this restaurant is run is they allow solicitors to go around handing out their business cards and attempts to sell their services or products. I find this annoying and tacky for a classy restaurant."

"the service was fair, eating was very good, except our server has never served us brot until our tellers were already taken away and they could not understand why we didn't want it at all! enjoy the roasted sweet salad, ink paste, rigatoni bolognese and the economical what this pizza was excellent. we also filled the vanilla purple with espresso. very tasty. will be coming back"

"I absolutely love this place. Here you can get a plethora of pizza's, from chicken franchise, margarita, penne Ala vodka and a grandma's slice. They have such a great variety to choose from. They also have appetizers, pasta and salads along with zeppoles. "this is the first restaurant that we visited after we pulled last year after nj; everything about the place is a victorious, ambiente, regional Italian cuisine, people. we go all few months, but more and more often after checking the waters in NY/NJ/PA for a year. a thing I found was the last reservation on ot, a credit card required for the reservation. eating throughout the country for decades in every caliber of the restaurant was the first. not sure why the change. I didn't stop going, but somehow find angry."

"This is a lovely space with well thought out decor. We started our meal with Focaccia and Capesante (scallops appetizer) it was divine with perfectly cooked scallops and pillow soft gnocchi. The sauce was rich and earthy from the wild mushrooms perfect for dabbing up with bread.Sadly, no dabbing happened as I was not a fan of the focaccia- it was very dry and lacked in the flavor department.Our entrées: Bistecca alla Fiorentina( NY strip) and the house pasta special with littleneck clam.The steak was like butter- cooked medium rare, this cut was deliciously prepared and beautifully seasoned. Accompanied with whipped potatoes and haricot verts, this dish was a star.The pasta on the other hand was uninspiring- looked and tasted like undercooked,unflavored, packaged ramen noodles. The pasta was tabled.We completed our meal with a single espresso. Overall, the meal was lovely. We would try again, but perhaps stay away from the pasta.With a final bill of $200usd, including cocktails, it was a fair dinner.Cin cin?"

"Last night we went to Scopa for a baby announcement dinner. And overall it was excellent! I accidentally made reservations for two instead of four and they accommodated us no problem even though they were fully booked. I would actually give them 4.5 stars but you can’t do half star ratings. We had appetizers of squash blossoms, stuffed mushrooms, and beefsteak tomatoes and they were all absolutely amazing. However the tomatoes were not what I expected and more just like regular tomatoes. The pasta dishes we had were lasagna, rigatoni with vodka sauce, corn ravioli and spaghetti with clams. All of them were delicious and flavorful however my rigatoni could’ve been a little bit warmer. For dessert we had the donuts, which were amazing but actually were donut holes instead of donuts, Affogato and Napoleon. Most of our party wanted the cheesecake for dessert and they were out of it. Apparently the cheesecake is a big sensation and so running out was kind of a bummer. Overall this is an excellent restaurant. We sat out on the patio which is spacious and open and not on top of each other because of the surge in Covid we appreciated that. Inside the restaurant it’s a warm and roomie with tall open space that is very inviting. There is no sign on the outside though so you have to use GPS in order to find it."

"Just...amazing! Such a fun environment! The food was amazing, the portion sizes were plentiful, the presentation was impressive! The service was incredible. Or server was so funny and knowledgeable, but as I observed, all other servers also made people laugh. It seems that the service is about 10/10. Very recommended, I went with my fiancée, but that could be a romantic 1 in 1 place, or a fun group setting! Make a reservation, this place is popular, but they were very accommodating to me as I had no one. We have an appetizer, two ducks, two cocktails, a dessert and a coffee total, after taxes, was $110 before the tip. In my opinion, it was absolutely worth the entire experience. Again..the quality of food was fantastic"

"Servers couldn’t keep the table correct. Group of asked for checks to be separated by couples. Completely messed up the whole process. We all had to separate our times and each add our own amounts to their handheld machines. Completely lost control and the calculations were off with tax and tip. Steaks are held in a nice age fridge and cooked in a cool way, but temps were inaccurate and then they are sliced which then cools these large cuts very quickly. Makes for a nice presentation but not great for actual dining. Grilled octopus was amazing. Bread was cool, warm would have been better. Steak was ok. Tender nice cut, but the char was just ok and salt was minimal. Pasta was great. Hit and miss. Eataly is awesome however."

"We hosted our son’s wedding rehearsal dinner at V&O and it was outstanding! There were a total of roughly 40 guests, which was perfect for the restaurant space. The food (served family style) was excellent in every way; delicious, plentiful with a variety of choices for appetizers, pastas, main courses and desserts. Service was perfect, with good pacing and timing of courses. Open bar, beer, wine and a variety of cocktails were free flowing throughout the course of the evening (they make a terrific Negroni). Partners Rocco Michael made sure all details were taken care of as needed to ensure a seamless dining experience for all of our guests.
