"It is not Acapulco, but this experience (and possibly the place). Our service was HORRIBLE. The server seemed super annoyed to help us from the ride. She seemed to be in a hurry, but the place was quite empty. We made jokes that she would forget our orders because she doesn't really write everything down and just rushed, super rude. And yes, she ordered a few people in the end, not a huge shock. Anyway, definitely not a great experience. My food was good, but the experience dumped me."

"The salad was horrible. Wilted lettuce, a cup of water, and blandchicken. 1/10 only because the container lid kept salad-water from leaking. The "sofrito" tasted like cheap marinara sauce with too much salt. Plus side, the salsa wasnt totally mild."

"I've gone through this drive-thru a number of times and was only disappointed once (when I received someone else's order). The staff are mostly friendly and the food is very good. I typically get a burrito, and can recommend the Northwest, Cali and Surf'N' Turf burritos. The Chorizo breakfast burrito is also very good. Both the red and green salsa are quite good. Victorico'smakes your food to order, so be prepared to wait a few minutes for your food, especially in the drive-thru. It's worth the wait!Oh, and the Chimichanga is really good too!"

"Ordered the Jalisco salad. Door dash was here quickly- but the chicken was so overcooked, I couldnt even cut it with a knife. It was crunchy and nearly burnt but cold.the onions were not fresh- red onions were nearly translucent and smelled rotten. Will NOT order the salad again, but will try something else in the future."

"the filet at el asador was amazing! the whole food was really good! (I have been a bit of everything.we had a party of 11) the staff was very courteous, though I had to change the guests I had at least 3x maybe more lol. they also offered an excellent service. the fact that she could bring her own beer/winning, made the experience and prices much better. we will definitely come back."

"Today was the first time in a while we went back to El Patron and it was a pleasant surprise to see the new look the menu us new as well. Drinks were pretty good had a couple different ones I tried the platano relleno it caught my attention because is not a common dish and was very good. The place was packed for a Friday night but food came to our table really fast. Our server was really friendly too. Will be going back again soon."

"we were thrilled to visit this authentic Mexican restaurant here in chicago, and we were not disappointed. that was perfect! our waiter carla was helpful and very friendly. she led us through the menu and she was very welcoming. we ordered carnitas, bacas and chimicurri tacos and had an explosion with Mexican beer and tequila.
