"The service at this restaurant is incredibly disappointing, from the management to the staff. Neither personable nor polite, they seem to lack fundamental customer service skills. I, along with six other people—who were strangers to me—waited without being acknowledged. A couple that arrived before me left after waiting 15 minutes for anyone to greet them. Several others came in after me and also decided to leave. I tried to be patient, but eventually even I became frustrated. I highly recommend avoiding this place! It’s apparent that the employees are not taking their jobs seriously. My experience concluded with me reporting the entire staff to corporate."

"I saw an ad on IG and decided to give this place a try. Placed my order online and when I got to the restaurant several people where before me I asked if they had been waiting long as he said for 5 minutes he’s been standing that the hostess booth in the front and NO ONE came over to ask what he needed. I went over to the bar area and the guy seemed annoyed that I’d asked if my order was ready. Understandable I had to wait but while I waited I noticed how the staff was too busy chatting to each other to come out to clean the dirty tables and had people just sitting and waiting. The tables and floors where dirty and the staff seemed busy doing just about everything but waiting the tables. I didn’t expect much of the food because the presentation was horrible and the dirty dining was a turn off. I can honestly say the honey chipotle shrimp tacos were good however the sampler was not good… and they condiments for the nachos where in one little container all mixed in together. They could have separated the guacamole from the sour cream and the cheese was barely enough for the chips. Presentation is everything!I’m not sure I’d come back to this location in particular pick another one!"

"The food really missed the mark at this location. Last time we were here was probably 3 years ago. Initially we thought the restaurant was closed because there were only 3 cars in the parking lot, but the lights were on so we went in. The place was a ghost town, we were the 3rd party at the restaurant. My best guess was because today was a football Sunday 3 weeks before Christmas everyone was either home watching the game or out shopping. From what I could tell there was a bartender, a manager, and probably a cook in the back because service wasn 't super quick; the bartender seared us, took our order, delivered our food, and cashed us out. We ordered a nacho appetizer, chicken fajitas, brisket tacos, and steak/enchilada a plate. The food was not I appealing whatsoever. To make things worse nothing tasted fresh. I must say the nachos were pretty impressive by looks but they were boring and lacking ingredients. As my daughter said I don 't think they made our order with love! Would I go back? Probably again sometime in the future, service wasn 't terrible but for the price I paid it will be another few years again. There are so many other mom and pop shops that are competing for our business now days, so I need to start skipping the chains and keep the money local. Check out the photos I posted."

"The customer service at this restaurant was excellent! Our waiter, Jeremia, was friendly and made us feel very welcome. He was polite, always had a smile on his face, and made sure we were happy throughout our meal. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The sangria was strong but incredibly tasty! Overall, a great dining experience."

"This is my destination when I want to eat Mexican food. the menu has many options, including alcohol selection. the staff is always pleasant. I visited the Woburn site during lunch and dinner days and weekends and never had a problem. Food is very expensive."

"I was really thrilled that I was on the board for the first time in years and was very disappointed. I put my order online, said it would take about 15 minutes. So I'm going over there and I'm on time. the staff was very nice and said my order would be about 10 minutes. no big thing as long as my food is hot. several people come and go with their food. people who came after me got their food before me. another employee asked if I had helped and asked for my command in the review and went to check it. about another 10 -15 minutes later comes a server with my food and I go when I come into my room and look at my food, my commands wrong. you could say that eating had a because it was salty and warm, even my desserts the sweet brot was lukewarm. the only thing that was good was my cocktail and my limonade. I don't travel much to kissimmee if I don't have to worry."
