"After having a few too many at happy hour recently, I realized I was starving on my walk home and decided to pick up some takeout from King's Pizza Subs. I love the variety of Middle Eastern/Mediterranean/Italian/American dishes on their menu you can get everything from hummus and fried chicken to subs and pizza. I got a falafel pizza and dolma (stuffed grape leaves . Both were tasty! (Is it just me or are their dolma served with BBQ sauce?! Weird tasty! I ordered ahead on ChowNow, which was convenient. This is not the fanciest place in Hampden. It's not the foodiest of all spots in the neighborhood either. But what I had really hit the spot. It's a good option for a casual takeout dinner! Or a take home snack if you forgot to eat and had a few too many at happy hour!"

"I recently wound up coming here two days in a row. I was up in the area for a friend's show around the corner and we stopped in after to get some food. This is a fast casual place with a similar approach as Chipotle in terms of how you can order your food, but everything is homemade and the ingredients are higher quality. You can get a plate, sandwich (2 diff sizes), or salad. They also have things like meat pies and moussaka and daily specials in terms of the meats they serve. It was a bit later (maybe 9:30pm) by the time we got there. I ordered a salad with gyro meat. The salads were huge and they were very generous with the portions of meat they put in their meals. Because it was late, the meat was a bit dry and salty but the flavors were good. I loved the spices they put on the pita bread they throw it on the grill right before they give it to you which gives it a nice crispness on the edges. All the veggies in the salad were crisp and fresh and I loved the sauces they had on the side (tzatziki and the house aioli mount olympus were my choices). The reason I came back the next day was the DESSERT CASE. They had some serious and very unique desserts and I wanted to come back and try them out. This time I wound up getting a lamb shawarma salad, which was super moist and flavorful much better than the gyro meat. For dessert, my friend and I shared a cannoli cream puff, Greek candy bar, and a piece of the salted caramel baklava cheesecake. They were so good! I'm not normally a fusion enthusiast, but the salted caramel baklava cheesecake changed my heart this was one of the best desserts I've ever eaten. My friend's favorite dessert of the three was the Greek candy bar it had a few different layers with different textures and flavors and it was also a standout. They also had baklava ice cream that I haven't tried yet. Everyone who worked here was super friendly! I will definitely be back whenever I'm in North Hollywood for that cheesecake!"

"we always enjoy eating in labebe and last night was no different, but at the last 2 locations, the service was best moderate. After we sat last night, it was 10 15 minutes before we were even offered water for drinking. the drinks (ironed, nothing exciting) took a long time to arrive. when we ordered, we felt compelled to start eating and order meal at once, because we were not sure when we would bless the waitress again. it seemed like there was 1 waitress for the entire restaurant. the only thing that happened quickly was that they brought us the leak, and then the waitress was in a hurry to pay us, even though it was almost 9 o'clock and nobody waited for a table. everyone enjoyed their meal, but the service really lacked what was regrettable"

"I have never had a better breakfast anywhere. And I'd like to say I have pretty high standards and great taste in food. The pancakes were A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! I even got seconds for my kids at home! The owner is always there and greets guests with the most respect, even making time for small talk when he would otherwise be doing something else. I asked him about the dessert, and he said that he would make sure to hold some chocolate cake for me just so that i could have a better day next time I came.And the WAITRESSES!!!!! They are so nice to everyone! they are always smiling and they take your order by memory, never having to write anything down.The food is great, the service is exceptional and the atmosphere is fantastic!100/10 I would give a million stars if i could"

"I got the pork soulvalki gyro with french fries lunch special. Definitely not the best Greek place in town. The gyro was okay, but it was so small compared to other places, but they do give you a lot of french fries. I would rathered a larger gyro and less fries. I would rather go to Yiasou Yeeros. "Went there with my buddy not long ago. Our server was not bad, she was friendly and kept tabs on us to see if we were doing well. It was the other staff and the patrons that I was confused about. It seemed they must have been pretty racist, as my friend and I are both children of immigrants, so we aren’t the typical “white folk” that they’re probably used to seeing. Older white women, that’s all I can think of when I think back to my experience there. Multiple older white women staffing the place were staring at us as if we were aliens, as well as several of the patrons that were there. We were not making much noise, as it was just the two of us. We weren’t even speaking to each other all that much, we were just quietly enjoying our food. It was a huge turn off and I probably won’t be going there again as there are many other decent brunch places in the area that are comparable. Dietary restrictions: Pretty much everything on the breakfast menu had pork in it. I do not eat pork so it was hard to choose an entree. Pork is disgusting and shouldn’t be eaten by humans, it’s the most vile meat that exists within today’s agriculture world. Pigs eat their own feces, trash, maggots, and pretty much everything they can fit in their mouth."
