"Unacceptable! As you can see in the pics all of the food looks amazing. Fries were hot and fresh. Roll was amazing. Gravy was good and the regular chicken was piping hot BUT the spicy chicken was hours old at least. Look, I could go next door to Whataburger and they will make my chicken strips when ordered. It takes a few minutes. You are a chicken restaurant. If you can not serve fresh chicken close the doors. Stop making piles of chicken and putting it under lamps. Better yet sell lamp chicken for a little cheaper for those in a hurry and regular price for those who have 5 minutes to get fresh food. You can see in my last food picture the scraps of spicy left over. No excuse!"
