"I live right next to the Rosedale Post Chicken and Beer so I’m quite familiar with how great the food and drinks are, but this was my first time eating at the LoHi location. Probably my favorite thing about the LoHi one is the neighborhood itself which makes for a larger, and perhaps a bit livelier crowd. Although the atmosphere is still casual and light, there’s still a different general vibe; not better or worse, just different. My friends are moving to Denver so this was a good way to show them around town and grab some good food and great cocktails. My buddy had the thigh fries and we all loved those. His wife had the chicken fingers with all of the sauces (hot honey and Nashville hot were our favorites . I went with the consistently satisfying (although a little larger breast piece would be welcome! chicken and waffles. Lastly, our server Bella was super attentive and friendly. I’m a little biased to the more diner-like atmosphere of my local Post, but regardless of location, you can’t go wrong!"
