"Zero stars would be better. Ordered via Door Dash, family tender meal was SIXTEEN dollars more than in store. Manager on duty said DD charges 30% fees?but only the meal was price gouged. Store was no help, DD credited me $5?.at least they cared enough to help. Plus, my extra $16 got me food, all obviously cooked in the same oil. Chicken tasted like fries, fries like pies, pies like fried pickles?.terrible!"

"I wouldn't recommend this restaurant if you want a comfortable dining experience. The temperature inside was a chilly 55 degrees, making it hard to enjoy our meal. Our food became cold in less than five minutes. There were ventilation openings everywhere, despite it being only 80 degrees outside and cloudy. I ended up throwing my meal away and I won’t be coming back."

"Chicken tenders tasted like they had thin fish bones in it because of how dry it was when you would tear them apart. The pieces were extremely small, some even looked like they were rolled in a little ball and resembled nuggets. They charged for every sauce which I wasn?t charged for at another Chicken Express but I assume every one is different. I wouldn?t go here again, too expensive for the quality of food, or lack thereof."

"worst experience ever, went to 4/11 they double loaded my card. came today 4/17 after the clearing. told the manager and showed him 2 different accusations for the same day. he was extremely rude and didn't scream back the high, said the bank and they agreed to him that he was shady and I called him out. bro u know customer service as gm , said I would get free food and then back to my bank. ineffective this stupid attitude. I do not recommend going here. check their bank statements that they have to do with shady business practices."
