"My friend purchased a Groupon impulsively, so we decided to use it for dinner tonight. The decor was clean and modern, but the seating was a bit limited, with a few parties of four making it uncomfortable for dining. There were three sauce choices - sweet, zesty, and spicy - all of which were well done. We wished there was a mustard-based sauce as well, but the zesty sauce was our favorite. We ordered half a pound each of chicken, sausage, carnitas, and brisket, and everything was smoked perfectly. The sauces complemented each meat well, although the chicken was a bit dry. Our favorite was split between the sausage and brisket. We also tried the German-inspired potato salad and Mac N' cheese, with the potato salad standing out as better than most. The Mac N' cheese was generic but had an interesting finish. The bread options were a standard roll or Jalapeño Cornbread Muffin, both of which were good but not exceptional. The service was excellent, with the young man taking our order being very knowledgeable about the products. Overall, with the value of the Groupon, I would highly recommend taking advantage of the deal. We will definitely be returning and appreciate having an alternative to our usual BBQ spot."
