"Worst Round Table in Elk Grove! I have been going to this Round Table for 35+ years, because of it's location. I will never go back. Too many bad experiences. This past experience was the worst, yet!! I ordered 3 pizzas at 4:00pm. Asked for them to be ready at 5:15pm. Got there at 5:20, one pizza was done. They said the other 2 were in the oven and it would be another 10-15 mins. I waited...after 20 minutes, I asked if they were ready. Two were ready, but they hadn't started the 3rd. I was so confused (don't you make the pizzas all together? I guess not, so we had to wait another 15 minutes until our 3rd one was done. No refund was offered (c'mon, at least for the 3rd pizza . There must have been 6-8 people working. It was Halloween and busy, but unacceptable customer service."
