"In town for work. I’m from Texas and we must do barbecue a little differently. Perhaps it was because it was late in the day, the restaurant was getting ready to close, not really sure. The brisket was very dry and tough to eat. I literally had to pull on it to take bites out of it. It may have been an off day for the cooks, but I have to keep it real. The service was good, though, nice and friendly, and the food did come out quickly, take out. However, this is one place I don’t plan on ever going back to visit."
