"You were super busy. But the young lady in the car thru gave me a smile, although you could say that she was overwhelmed. I smiled and told her it was okay not to let her go, and it would be over soon. She looked relieved and then had a real smile. She made my day better with delicious glazed donuts hopefully I made her day a little better."
