"I was amazed on how Christina M. Made a huge difference, She reached out after our meal and service was horrible. She not only correct the issues but mended the way we think about Pizza Romano. She gave us credit to give them a second chance and promised that our bad experience will never happen again. We obliged and gave them a second chance which was a great and Outstanding experience. The pizzas that we got after that were so amazing and literally made to what is close to perfection. Thank you and you gained a new costumer back. We will be back."

"I have already expressed my dissatisfaction with this restaurant. The gyro pizza had no meat and did not resemble the picture at all. All the food was overcooked, dry, and had a bad taste. I will not be ordering from here again."
