"My boyfriend and I love this place. We both had been here many times before and were so pleased to see it opened back up after a long few years of being closed. We thought the pandemic took another great restaurant. To our surprise they’re back! So, last Saturday we decided to go there for dinner for the first time in years and it was still as good as we remembered! Everything was fantastic. I got the scallops and he got the filet and oysters of course because I haven’t stopped hearing about them from him since the beginning of time! Well. My boyfriend ended up leaving his wallet on the table when we left because we both got so distracted reading the book our check was delivered in with all the customers signatures from over the years. We didn’t realize it until the next afternoon that he was missing it. Unsure of where we even left it, we traced our steps and realized that had to be where it was and we called the next day they had it. Everything in it. If I could give 10 stars I would, just for that! That could have been a really stressful situation on a holiday weekend. Thank you to our server for keeping it safe!
