"However, I must say that the service was excellent, the view was stunning, and the facility was clean. Unfortunately, the lack of transparency about the buffet left my wife and I feeling let down. The food was cold, and the dessert options were limited to pumpkin pie or Macadamia nut pie, which were pre-cut and left out, causing the whipped cream to melt.
If we ever visit the Big Island again, we may consider giving this restaurant another chance if we can order off of their regular menu."
