"I dine at this eegee's restaurant regularly, about twice a month. I want to clarify that my review is based solely on my experience at eegee's and not comparing it to other sandwich shops in the area. The Original Grinder sandwich is delicious, the drive-thru is quick, and the fries are always cooked perfectly - I especially love the crinkle fries! However, I am only giving it 4 stars because there has been confusion on how to process free eegee's for completing a survey or redeeming rewards earned through the app during several visits. On 11/14/2021, the staff struggled to process my $5 reward for almost 10 minutes in the drive-thru, even after three employees tried to help. As the line of cars behind me grew, I decided to forgo the reward and left without using the $5 discount. I believe some staff training in this area is needed, and I hope to update my review to 5 stars on future visits."
