"We had made our reservation through Open Table, as usual. For some reason, they keep the Open Table reservations separate from the main reservation screen and can never find us. When she did, she told us they were very busy and it would probably be a 1 hour wait. Then she went to 40 minutes when I complained that I had a reservation. She kept saying how busy they were. They had people waiting but lots of empty tables. Must have been a server shortage. We ended up eating at the bar, which was disappointing. The bartender was nice and very attentive. The food was really good. But that certainly was not our plan when I made a reservation."
