"Pretty average food, coffee, and customer service for the price. I ordered a wrap and didn 't specify that it was to go I was eating inside because of my allergies. Got the food in a bag and when I started taking out my wrap out, I was told '...oh you can 't eat from your to go bag because if we let one person do it then everyone else will do it too... ' rather rudely. Ended up eating outside, where I guess it 's ok to take a to go wrap out of your back and eat it. The wrap was decent, but nothing special, and definitely not worth the $12+ dollars I paid for it. I 've been wanting to stop by this place for ages, and it was rather disappointing. Edit: In response to the owner it 's fine if you have a policy as all restaurants do, but it needs to be a. clear, and b. conveyed in a friendly manner to your CUSTOMER, not a quick snappy remark. It is about customer service. I worked in the food industry before, and I understand some of the nuances of running a business, rising costs, etc. That 's still no excuse for poor customer service. :"
