"We like Terraza for special occasions because the food and service are usually very good. We did find it a bit odd rhat our waitress asked for our (first names like they wanted to be on a “first name basis” with us…seemed a bit too familiar. That and the ambiance and noise level ratings were downgraded a bit because of the entertainment sound level. We’ve commented on this in past reviews but management doesn’t seem to get the fact that most (in our view is the patrons are not there for a “floor show” but would appreciate some soft, gentle music that is conducive to intimate conversation. Next time we go, if it isn’t that, we’ll sit outside the enclosure (if it’s not threatening rain."
