"Saturday September 9 was my girlfriend's birthday, both her mother and I drove 4 hours from 2 different locations to be with her. Our service at this establishment was absolutely horrible. I designated myself as her driver and made it know to our server while being seated. Our waiter, Braiden, started flirting with my girlfriend as we were seated. Then he cut her off on her drink after 2. He demanded that she drink 3 glasses of water before he would serve he another drink, but he would never giver her time to finisher a glass of water before he kept filling them back up. These thing made her very upset, for me if was the disrespect of our server to act unprofessional and insist on the flirting. All these things were made know to the manager on duty but it was still not enough. The damage had already been done and the night ruined. The next waiter that we received did the very same thing and started flirting with my girlfriend. What kind of employees do you hire? Are they trainer to go hit on every pretty girl with their family present? It sure did seem that way to me. I am extremely upset because I paid over $400 for this meal and our whole not was ruined. My girlfriend was devastated by the actions of your employees. This was so unprofessional and can't believe that we were treated in such a manner. We could have got better service at McDonald's, but wanted to take her to nice restaurant. Instead it was a disaster. Please tell me why I spent so much money for disappointment? I really need an answer."

"this was my third visit to this place and all the things I looked at were consistently underwhelmed. our last visit was over a year ago, and my hubby wanted to give him another try for his birthday. while eating is good, it always seems to be problems with the time for the meat rotation, where there are long periods without meat service and then a baptism at once. this time, we had to ask our main server if she could send a part of the meat service to our wise, since it was long since someone was with something near our table. it became better after that, so kudos on our server for solving this problem. another problem is the amount of time they bring about the same meat, compared to the many number of different meats that should be included in the full experience. the last time one of the servers brought five times in succession the same meat cut on our table. after the second time we stayed it off, but kept our cards on green because we wanted to try some of the other meat, and he was visibly upset. this time it wasn't that bad. one of the flesh was offered three times, but not in succession, and we had a chance to try more of a lot of different things before completely full. Even if they especially about how they cooked their bark, they did not get to choose a temperature with the full experience - they get what they bring them when they bring it. I don't like my flesh driping with blood, but my nakedby may be medium rare. the first time we came a lot of bark meat was seldom dripping with blood. I would ask if they had a certain cut that was more on the middle well side and would be said they would bring it with them just to never see it. Since then, I just take it or leave it. the other problem we had this time is that my nabeby ordered a simple cheesecake for his birthday dessert and it took an extremely long time to get to the table. for the price there are better restaurants in the city."

"If not for the terrible service, this would have been a 5 star. The food was excellent, well, at least the food we actually got to eat. Only 3-4 items were brought to our table, despite the green card being face up the entire time. We watched as meats were walked right past our table. We asked our server nicely for different meats to be brought 3-4 times before we had to get mean. Then, and only then, after 1.5 hours, did we get other cuts of meat. My husband’s water glass was empty the entire meal. We asked 3 times for a coke refill that never came. We eventually asked for the manager, but a customer service representative showed up instead, with that manager never showing his/her face. The servers never even checked on us unless we flagged them down. The customer service rep had to go to her manager about our complaints (would have been easier if s/he had just come over in the first place), and our meal was half off. Even after all of that, and explaining that we didn’t have all night, as our two very young kids had been waiting patiently for two hours at that point, already 30 minutes past their bedtime, we had to flag the customer service rep down to even take our credit card to pay our bill. It’s a shame because the food was delicious. We just only got about half the options that we paid for, 60% of which didn’t come until we complained 1.5 hours into the meal, and we had to scarf it down like animals so we could get our kids home, only to have to wait even longer for the check."
