"I usually do not leave reviews but I do feel as though this is worth mentioning. Upon arrival to the restaurant, the initial host was not friendly at all... I placed my order to go with another hostess and was sitting at a vacant table awaiting my take out order. After about 7 minutes or so, I was asked to get up from the table due to another customer arriving (after me) that was wanting to dine in for their food. I was publicly embarrassed by having to get up and then not being offered anywhere to go or sit while I continued to wait for my prepaid order. All I received was a quiet apology for the nuisance and my order. This place has no accommodations for if you come in and order food to go. I was never offered anything due to the public embarrassment and for the inconvenience. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life and I have no clue if it is due to my race (non-white) but It was extremely rude and off-putting so much so that the hostess apologized several times for requesting me to move from the vacant seating area where I was sitting. If you offer take out services than you should have take out accommodations and not embarrass paying consumers due to the lack of accommodations you offer in your restaurant. The food is ok but not worth being publicly humiliated and made to feel as though I'm a second class citizen."

"I love studying here, because the waiter is so nice and friendly. they offer several veganized versions of Israeli directed, and all I have tried so far is delicious. the ambiente is Pseudo-1950s coffee shop with some Italian elements that is great when looking for a place for brunch, take a quick bite, sit down and study for a longer time."

"For us, MKE is only occasional for family visits. Been waited for years to try her famous Corned beef (after listening to Splendid table guests Michael Jane Stern). It was fantastic the Scotch egg (perfect), the best flavored perfectly textured Corned beef. The potatoes were great! No pure baby food, but real potato tubers. The boiled spinach. The service was excellent. My only regret is that there was hardly one tablespoon of sauerkraut on my Corned beef sandwich. But thank you, McBobs!"

"I had an appointment in the area and had no lunch, so I came up on a friend's recommendation. It was late in the afternoon, but they welcomed me. I ordered the chicken kebab and a Greek salad. Both were fresh and delicious. It was also a lot of food, but I ate every bite. The rice was perfect. I didn't have room for Dessert, but I'm back."

"Had an amazing meal tonight at Acropolis. Greek salad and gyro plate. My friend had the grilled pork chops. First and foremost, you need a hearty appetite of you order the pork chops. Greek salad was perfect as well as the gyro. But, overall what I was really impressed with was the service level. You had the feeling that every single person working tonight wanted to make sure you had a fantastic experience. You can feel the sense of teamwork. One of the better meals I've had in the area."
