"I visited this location for the first time today and I was throughly amazed by the quality of food! I ordered the Lebanese Platter and other than a brief wait and longer than anticipated line, the food quality and customer service were superb! I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.This was easily my #1 best eaten meal of Q1 of 2022."

"The white lady with long hair (ponytail) working the cash register is the epitome of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. No greeting at all, no comment, she didn’t even acknowledge my presence. After I paid she handed me my food again without saying anything. So rude. Whoever hired her needs a serious evaluation on what customer service means."

"The entire experience was unsettling. The staff were young and unfriendly and lacked any personality. The food was ok but the Pho was over sweetened. While eating I noticed something orange stuck to my bowl, it was dried food. I alerted the server and was told that he would take it back. He immediately returned and said that his boss said that it was something that dried on the bowl from the few minutes it traveled from kitchen to table. I immediately paid my check and left. This place although authentic looking, lacks character and customer service. Pho Far East is much better.... will not be returning, look elsewhere to eat..."
