"Excellent services. We were a party of 16 adults and 2 children, our main waiter Ben was professional, considerate, expedient and efficient. The other two staff were also very helpful. This is a restaurant in general is casual and family oriented. The food was delicious, some of our favorites were the hot Nashville chicken, it was tender, crispy the right amount of spice. The corn bread was delicious. The sesame dressing salad was great. Thank you for the amazing service."

"Coming here to Mona Lisa was absolutely amazing! My two brothers and I had a wonderful experience with our server called Kyle. He was very attentive, friendly and efficient at his service. I hope the owners or managers of this restaurant acknowledge Kyle for its excellent service, especially because he felt so welcome as if we were all friends. For food it was a 10/10 for freshness with amazing aromas. They also served free bread. I think he enjoyed the cocktails Kyle served. We'll be back. I hope more people can enjoy this authentic Italian restaurant as we can!"

"Server could have been nicer and more attentive. Never refilled drinks during the entire meal; and when I asked, she copped an attitude. Unfortunately our food was very bland. Caesar salad dressing is not homemade as stated on the menu. I really hope management can address these issues and make the necessary changes. There is nothing worse then going out to dinner with friends to only have a poor experience."

"The food was amazing. The house tomato sauce was the best we've ever had. I got the ravioli in tomato cream sauce with shrimp. It was fabulous! The homemade bread served with olive tapenade was delicious as well. Our child was delighted in the adult style children's menu (nice, cursive, in a leather folder). He loved the pizza. Great authentic Italian ambience and waiters. We will definitely go back and recommend to others."

"Food: I got the lamb burger and Greek fries. The hamburger meat was bland, but the halloumi cheese was quite a bit too salty. It felt unbalanced and not something that I would order again. The fries were relatively cold (and I always eat my fries first. My order came out last in the group, so I would have expected that they were waiting for something to cook in order for mine to come out, but from eating it, that didn 't seem to be the case. However, I 've only tried Greek food in the last year, and only a handful of times. So, perhaps it is just my inexperienced pallet. Either way, it isn 't something that I would purchase again. Service: To give the restaurant credit, I came with a larger group, and our group did not call ahead to let them know we were coming, which is on us. However, it took at least 45 minutes for someone to come to our table to even take our orders, and then another hour for the food to come out. Yes, it was lunchtime, but there were only perhaps 10-15 individuals in the restaurant when we arrived, and half of those were already eating. The server checked in with us only one time once we got the food and asked if everything was OK. One member of the group expressed disappointment that their dish with chicken was extremely overcooked and dry, and the server responded with ok and walked away. There was no attempt at an apology or an attempt to be understanding. I know that not all restaurants would replace the food, but it would have been a more pleasant experience if the response had been more empathetic. I understand having to wait as a large group, but the excessive wait and the lack of serviceable mindset it what earned them a 2 star review here for my visit. Atmosphere: The building seems to be very aptly decorated. There are beautiful vines and a lovely balcony for outdoor dining. The art and the layout gave me a very distinct Greek feel. Overall: I would be willing to try again and see if the service was better without a large group, and perhaps a different food item would be more enjoyable for me. However, it 's going to be a while before I even want to try again."

"To be honest, we didn’t even go in and try the food. The restaurant despite its stellar reviews is in a somewhat sketchy part of town in a strip mall. From how degraded, rundown and filthy the outside was, we were very fearful of how clean the inside was. I mean the windows, glass doors etc. were grimy inside and out, the entrance door was crudy, and hadn’t seen a new coat of paint in what appeared to be decades based on the peeling paint. We were traveling from out of town and were excited to try this place based on the reviews. Again, we didn’t go in, because we figured if the owner took no pride in the appearance of his exterior, how much pride did he really take in his food and/or food safety protocols."

"Used to have really good pizza, but they now use cheaper ingredients and their large pizza seems to have shrunk quite a bit. I hate when food businesses start using cheaper ingredients and make items smaller to save money! Make it the with the quality ingredients and charge more. They do have some of the best wings in the area. Their fries are too thin and tasteless. I have to edit my review down to one star. Sal's now charges a 2.9% surcharge to use a debit or credit card. I know the business gets charged a fee from the card companies, but that is the cost of doing business. Incorporate the fee into the price of items. Next time I have a $100 order for a party, I won't be going to Sal's. Oh and the big order that was called in 5 hours early so we could get it on time was 15 minutes late. FAIL!"

"I was blown away by this restaurant! A friend recommended I try the Kitsa Pella Salad, and I am so glad I did. They create a bowl out of pizza dough, secure it to the plate with a creamy tzaziki spread, and fill it with a fantastic salad tossed in Jordan's renowned house dressing. It was beyond amazing and surpassed my already elevated expectations."

"We were in Cocoa Beach for vacation and found this gem. The pizza we ordered was amazing and the service was even better. The pizza cook(sorry cannot remember his name(sorry)but I he worked 2nd shift and was there both days we came)was extremely friendly and made one hell of a pizza. "We used to love love love this place. My kid would chow down almost an entire plate of chicken& broccoli rigatoni. But for some reason they decided to add hot pepper flakes in the recipe, we ordered again without knowing and my 3yo could not tolerate the heat. Not a problem that time, we knew what to expect next time. For the next 3 times we?ve ordered this dish, after strongly emphasizing NO PEPPER FLAKES, and being reassured that there isn?t any in the recipe. We got it with spicy pepper flakes 3 out of 3 times. The amount of pasta in the entrees have gone down too. I?m not sure what?s going on because the manager or owner was always very nice and welcoming (although we haven?t seen them for a while now). The take out expectation fluctuates so much I really have lost my patience with this place. Will not return. Sorry but not sorry."
