"I met up with a group of friends for a ladies brunch at this restaurant. The service was excellent, with dedicated staff who were friendly and helpful. Our waitress even offered alternative options when we mentioned our dietary needs. The pace of the meal was just right - we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves without feeling rushed. The mojitos were delicious, especially the Apricot and Coconut flavors that I personally tried. The food was also very tasty overall. I had a positive experience and look forward to returning soon, possibly with the girls next time."

"We have lived in various places around the US and have tried sandwiches of all types. Schlotszky’s has been my favorite sandwich for nearly 30 years and hasn’t had a rival. That was, until I tried their chicken salad sandwich on a croissant, topped with red onions. Absolutely phenomenal.I thought my take on that sandwich may have been skewed, as some days, certain food tastes better than other days. So I figured I would try it again and see if the results were the same. They were. Another absolutely delicious dinner. I had the same sandwich, the kids shared a pepperoni and bacon pizza along with a B.L.T Avocado on a croissant, and my wife had the bureaucrat. We found our favorite shop, hope this review helps you find it too!"

"We had an excellent experience. We are visiting from out of town and went to Il Forna based on other Open Table reviews and we weren't disappointed! The food was outstanding and our waitress was genuinely concerned that we were happy and had a great experience. The interior of the restaurant is beautifully decorated and I had a fantastic cocktail that included dry ice. I would definitely recommend this restaurant."

"My wife and I used Frugatti's to cater our wedding at the Metro Galleries downtown on July 14. We used them because their food is outstanding as we had their most popular dishes in the chicken mushroom as well as the lasagna. We also had their famous stuffed mushrooms, salad, and rolls to finish off the meal. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious as Frugatti's did their part to make our special day perfect. Beyond the outstanding food, the service was top notch. Two young gentlemen were extremely professional and friendly serving all of our guests their food and making everyone feel important. They even served my new bride and I so that we can further feel special on our most important day. The two servers were attentive to the needs of our guests by filling up drinks often and busing the tables in a timely matter. Frugatti's was extremely easy to work with, food was outstanding, and the service at our wedding really made our day special. I can't say thank you enough and if their were more stars, I would give them to Frugatti's. We also had a lot of guests from out of town that spoke very highly of the food and service. "Last Friday I wanted to pick up an order and was shocked how busy it was. I'm new in town and I haven't seen anything like that. From the crowd of people eating and picking it was packed. I waited approx. 15 minutes to my order, but the Lord in the register was very polite and explained that they were short staff and he appreciated me and my business while waiting. We just wanted to thank you for the pleasant experience and hospitality, especially if you? I know it can be hard. The food was worth waiting! you have a great staff and rock what you do. "I'm happy for a nice evening with my family, but so unhappy. We had no idea who our server was while the tables/guests around us were taken care of, we were ignored. The worst part was that they weren't even busy and yet we had no service at all. At least they remember bringing our food to the table, but we felt as if we were discriminated, the only Hispanics in the section we were sitting (probably not the case) but if you see that the rest of the guests are white and the servers were attentive to these particular guests?. A place we don't plan to go back, fortunately it's not close to home."

"The host at this restaurant was extremely unwelcoming, showing rudeness and using inappropriate language. Despite having made a reservation, he expressed no interest in accommodating it. The wait staff was unpleasant and inattentive, giving off an attitude as if they were doing us a favor by serving us. The busboys were the only pleasant ones and should have been serving customers instead. We were given dirty wine glasses with lipstick on them and when we asked for clean ones, we were told there were none available and had to wait. They even neglected to serve us bread. We overheard the host telling a waitress to not bother with birthday celebrations and focus on getting customers out of their tables. This experience was so negative that we will never return to this establishment. We would rather support homeless individuals who are more appreciative."
