"Our experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing due to the owner's actions. Despite a special offer clearly stated on the menu for 1/2 off fried lobster tails on Wednesdays and Fridays, the owner refused to honor it when we tried to order. The waitress confirmed with the owner that the special was only valid from 5:00 to 8:00, a detail that was not included on the menu. When we requested to speak with the owner, he claimed that the special and timing were mentioned on flyers he had circulating, but he failed to show any proof. We decided to cancel our order, amounting to $130, as the special price discrepancy was not resolved. Only one person in our group had ordered the special, which would have been half the original price of $28. This incident has left us with a negative impression and we have no intention of returning to this establishment in the future."
