"as a food supplier I am surprised by the lack of care that the meal is ready to get it prepared in time. I'm not never ready when I go in, and if someone talks to me to find the name on the order, then they'll wait a second, they haven't gone with any updates for at least 20 minutes. often we have a stacked order means another restaurant to pick up, then supply 2 consecutive customers. we are paid by the order, not time. Finally, drivers cannot assign and leave the order if it was wasted too much time, and in the future simply cannot accept the pick-up at first place. then this restaurant will no longer be able to offer this service. this applies to grubhub, doordash and uber eats. supplemented to the commercial reaction: I have no idea from which driver they spoke, I have waited all the time and left with the order. either they are mistaken or misrepresent their device."
