Saturday night was better than ever, and that says something because I love this place. started with the crostini, toast with mozzarella and prosciutto. brot was perfectly roasted and large proportion of cheese vs. meat. next our escape. one was the tagliata al rosmarino, beautifully boiled filet, rare with light char on the outside, cut with roasted carrots and carrots. the other was the Pasta Special, linguine pescatore. normally comes white, but I have substituted red. it had many perfect garnel and skalopps and was flanked by generous portioning mushles on both sides. finally was a real Italian panettone with mascarpone. a real Italian pleasure and delicious. this evening meal was a great trip to italia, including great eating, ambiente and very attentive service. much enjoyed and appreciated.
