"I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for more than a decade. It is with great sadness that I learned it will be closing soon. The restaurant has a stunning facility, excellent service, and delicious food with a creative twist on traditional dishes. I will miss dining on the patio, watching the sunset, and savoring a delicious meal in one of my favorite spots in Arizona."

"spent valentine dinners in this inner city westminster enthusiastic and had a wonderful time. my wife and I lived four years in Westminster and have never tried and were wonderfully surprised. the restaurant was clean and well furnished. the tables offered a lot of space for the three of us and the tables were beautiful decorated with tablecloths. for such a busy night the waitress was very attentive, the extraordinary service. eating was delicious and for me one of the best offers in the city. I recommend the nativity! we'll be back soon!"

"Spent Valentines dinner at this downtown Westminster delight and had a wonderful time. My wife and I have lived in Westminster for four years and have never tried Rafael’s and were wonderfully surprised.The restaurant was clean and well decorated. The tables provided plenty of room for the three of us and the tables were decorated nicely with tablecloths.For such a busy night the waitress was very attentive provided exceptional service.The food was delicious and for me one of the best deals in town. I recommend the prime rib!We will be back soon"

"We had reservations to meet our friends for dinner. We were seated in the bar. We questioned why we were not seated in the dining room and were told there was a private party in the dining room. The bar was extremely noisy and we would not be able to talk above the noise. So we left. Would not have made reservations to sit in the bar. Think Rafels should have called us to tell us the dining room was booked"
