"it didn't feel like a 5-star hotel at all. but it has good things, I will call them first: beautiful staff from the kitchen and room service, beautiful swimming pool and interiors, nice eating in general (they gave us an expired jam, but we realized it before so that no damage done.) super bad things: reception and parking were the most rude of all the hotels I visited in different parts of the world. they are so rude, please re-train them in customer service (in the beginning with their face expressions), am I forced to think that this is a question of racism? this is an expensive hotel that can do least they is to have well-trained staff. Moreover, the room was not clean and it seemed worse. the refrigerator had been in a mold and I was forced to use it to keep my baby eating fresh. housekeeping has no toilet articles (at least action in cleaning a room.) I was very disappointed and felt mistreated during my stay. I was from 17th juni to 20th juni."
