"Milkshakes are awesome. The mozzarella sticks aren't so good. Seems like they cook them too long or just that they're frozen and not what you cam get from a restaurant. Hopefully they'll get better in the future. But on another note the wait for your food is not long at all lol eat from here all the time and the wait is never more than 5 minutes tops from ordering to paying and driving off with your food."

"Although it's been a while since we protected this Burger King, today we were pleasantly surprised with the service and food! The gentleman tended the drive-thru was friendly and polite. Our entire order was simply fixed as we requested, without any problems. And we look forward to coming back soon. Keep the good work guys; we know that it is now difficult, with short employees and supply issues. But today you were great!"

"I don't understand why this location can't get a simple order right. had checked my order before I pulled out the car thru. ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches, no salad add cheese. I screwed it up again. too much to take it back. this situation is terrible."

Great energy and he was helpful with my selections because I don’t eat BK very often. He sold me on the 2 for $4. He is a gem for your company. Perfect customer service attitude!"

"There need to have they close at 10:45 instead of 11. I went up there at 10:07 and was ordering the 2 for 10( wopper and fish sand which. Well I didn't get a wopper I got a large Burger and then the women at the window act like she couldn't hear me I had to repeat my order 8xs.. Then first of all she is going to say we close in 10 mins. I said ma'am I just called and ask someone and they told me 1045. I usually don't have a promble but in the last 3 to 4 months I been there at 1030 and they would be close..."

"I give him a 4.5 cause that no one seemed to see as if they were working fast, except for the older lady that she mostly did every job while ordering plus went back to the chefs job too, I loved how she treated it like a pro and chicken nuggets not tasted like she did day before in the bypass shop, this store was not as tender and they taste completely different than before."

"I had to come to the Northern Lights location cause Dimond location was out of a lot of stuff THIS and LAST week Dimond messed up my order horribly and when I called to complain cause it was HORRIBLY MESSED UP I WAS IN THE DRIVE THROUGH OVER 45 MIN. AND DIDNT GET 1.5 MEALS I PAID FOR they've made no attempts to rectify their error at all. I will only go to the N.L. location from this last two time forward."
"If hubby and I want a burger from a fast food place, we prefer Burger King and I think that is because it is made on a grill where the fat drops so that the food is not oily. We also like their frits because they have the skin on them and I have them without salt because of my health problems, and the people here work are friendly and it is never too much of a problem to do a lot for me, although I know that it is pain when there are other people in the line behind me. It is always good value for money and you can usually find coupons that still appreciate it better."

"Hello I want to bring an important thing to who owns or manages this store. This place is terrible, the ice machine is only evil. Apparently, an older women's cleaning in the lobby knew and worked really hard to clean this catastrophe. That's ridiculous. All my daughter wanted was a shake and after seeing this machine I refused.. I wanted a refund immediately. No one should eat from a place like this. An elderly woman cleaned the lobby and I'm not sure she didn't make it, but if the ice machine looks like that. I wonder how the grills look .. or maybe the beverage machine .. I highly recommend this evil place. Oh, by the way, I was a truck driver and I visited the area."
"It is not often you good service late at night. Especially now a few days. I came at 9:45 and I was pleasantly surprised to have a professional under the name John Bright who took my order with the best attitude and highest professionalism.
