"are used to really enjoy Freddys, but they have gone so far downhill. I was just there after I made an order over the phone. The order was painful and the staff was rude. I'm going in and I'm waiting for the counter they see me and say nothing. I'll give it a few minutes and they'll go right over. I'm the only person in the store. someone they know just comes behind the counter and starts talking to one of the girls, the other to talk to each other and look out the window. No one has said anything to me at this point, and I can see that my articles are ready and packed. After 15 minutes without recognition I just said? Is my order ready?? They seem really shocked that I even addressed the fact that I was there waiting for an order. A girl said it was still made and then literally puts the articles in a bag and does not even notice that my articles were ready. You should just close this place at this point."
