"The Combo #7 was music to my mouth. I've been to many restaurants that said they were authentic and they truly weren't. This place is what they say they are. My family loved everything that we ordered. Guacamole was Mmmm Good. The Shrimp cocktail is not printed on the menu and you would have to ask for it by name. The Shrimp cocktail is absolutely amazing. If you haven't tried it I would recommend it. Also the staff is great! Our server Tony was definitely top notch. I love the discount offer for paying in cash as well. I saved more money on that discount than I would get back in credit card rewards. They also have military discount and a good one at that. I wish I could take this restaurant and staff home with me. Guess I will have to plan a vacation or a long distance trip just to come back again."

"The Dixie Highway area of Louisville has a lot of great Mexican and Hispanic restaurants. This is not one of them. The food portions are nothing like what you see on the menu. It's almost like they throw everything on your plate at once. Like a farmer feeding a pig slop. A friend of mine found a hair in their food. Never a good sign of hygiene. I could say more. But like I stated above, there's better Mexican restaurants on Dixie."

"The food lacked flavor and we were even charged extra for bread. The service was abysmal. The waitress was unhelpful and kept responding with "I don't know" when we asked for recommendations. She seemed unhappy and was not attentive. We had to flag down another waitress to get her attention, as she was sitting in the back playing on her phone. It was not even busy, so there was no excuse for the poor service."

"If anyone is looking for a great breakfast, Sobo Cafe IS the place. Breakfast Burrito is wonderful as is California Eggs Benedict. I have eaten here twice a year every year for the past three years when passing through Boulder and after trying two other places, SOBO CAFE is BEST!!!"
