"Ordered $29.00 of food and gave a $6.00 prepaid tip. We were in the back of the condo and was wondering about the food. Went to the front door and it was sitting on the concrete porch, cold. I called the mgr and he said his driver rang the bell and no one answered and he left the food. DID NOT OFFER ANYTHING except that his driver was right. I went to my ring doorbell. He walked up the walk, set the bag down and left. I called the mgr. back and being very calm I said “ It’s not often that I call someone a liar “. AND HE HUNG UP ON ME. I called back and tried several times to tell him I have it on camera and the mgr. was screaming at me that I am a terrible customer and don’t ever call them again. NO PROBLEM WITH THAT."

"Paid for a full box of fries because9 hot wings w/ fries wasn't an option but got less than half a box of fries combined with my hot wings. They make you pay $3.99 more then give you a combo box instead of separate boxes like you are paying for."
