"We had a reservation for four people, but when we arrived and ordered drinks, it took 20 minutes for them to arrive. The appetizers came out in a timely manner, but they were just okay. Unfortunately, our waiter was not attentive and did not clear our table properly. After waiting over an hour for our entrees and having to go to the bar to order another round of drinks, we decided to cancel our order and leave. The restaurant was not busy, which made the experience even more disappointing. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and to make matters worse, no apology was given."
