"Mediocre food and severely understaffed for a dinner service. Three servers on the floor for about 150 ppl space during dinner. Each was not really taking care of sections, the woman server was ignoring some of her seatings (including mine and another that gave up and left) or was just really disorganized and didn’t take note of seating times. She kept going back to the same tables. There needs to be a front of house hostess or manager to orchestrate the team. You can’t expect the servers to be doing so many things at once and expect to give great service every time. If anything, your bottleneck should be the kitchen, not front of house where you have higher risk of losing customers. Get them seated, snacking. Land their order. If I wasn’t stuck at this location I’d woulda left after waiting 25min to get seated, 15 to put in my order. Very inefficient. I’ve been waiting 15 min for my check."
