"When we arrived, there we were—seated right next to the window. I ended up speaking with what I believe was the front-of-house manager while the hostess assured us that “we’re working on it.” After explaining our situation, we were thankfully moved to another table. However, it was quite comical to see our coats piled on our laps as we sat near the windows. Despite multiple requests to adjust the temperature, our pleas went unanswered. Overall, it was a disappointing experience."
