"We have visited Napa Flats a number of times over the past year. The food was excellent and the service even better. I enjoyed their Lamb Chop plate. Great portions and cooked just right. One small problem. I checked their Web site just to make sure that they still were serving Lamb Chops and they were and prices at a low $19.00. But when ordering I noticed that the price was $20.50... still a good price but different than their on site listing. We informed our server and suggested she tell management to correct the price. We will check back later. Enjoy!"

"Terribly slow service despite restaurant being empty. Not a good vibe. Bartender was our waiter in bar area. Charged $25.50 for a wine listed as $16 per glass. No apologies for error or slow service. Understand restaurants are short staffed but this experience was beyond unreasonable. Used to come here all the time as we live a few blocks away and love Truluckâs in other locations. Only good part was the pianist."
