"The owners are seeking feedback, and I wanted to celebrate my friend's birthday. Unfortunately, the service was quite slow. I understand that the staff is new and still in training, so we didn't let that bother us. They made an effort to ensure we were satisfied with our experience. We brought our own wine, which created a nice opportunity for conversation. I ordered some extra bread. The carrot cake was excellent, while my husband had the chicken francese, which could have used a bit more lemon flavor but was still good. I chose the gluten-free penne vodka; I liked the brand of pasta, which had a nice texture, but the vodka sauce could’ve been more flavorful. We plan to return because of the pleasant atmosphere and to give the restaurant another chance. There’s a new menu coming in January, so it’s worth another visit. It’s a new establishment that deserves time to grow. I would recommend others to give it a try too!"
