"It was hard to review so negatively, as the staff and owners were so kind. Also difficult to rate as they were very short staffed. That being said, the meat we were served was mostly over cooked and mainly under seasoned. We also went for long stretches of time with empty plates waiting for meat. Drink refills were by multiple requests only, but again grace needed based on their staffing situation. Polenta, Potatoes and Cheese Biscuits were leaps and bounds better than Fogo AND Rodizio!! With the positive attitude of the staff and the nice esthetic, this has the potential to be a great place. When asked by friends if we would recommend, we said to give it some time to get fully staffed and work out some kitchen kinks."
