"Extremely rude staff acting as if they’re doing the paying members a favor. We had reservations for 12 at 7pm to celebrate our mother’s 85th birthday and my niece’s graduation. We didn’t get served our food until 8:45pm and when we complained, the interim manager, Cameron, blamed US for having too big of a party even though they accepted w refused to apologize continuously putting the blame on us-? What happened to the customer is always right-? Yes it’s a cool place but definitely not worth it since the staff acts like they are the paid members!"
