"See below update regarding cleanliness problem. Original Post: We recently ordered dinner here to try a strange combination of products and everything was delicious. Smash Burger was delicious? fried rice side was very good, pizza was delicious. Strawberry tar dessert was incredible. Will definitely return to try more articles. Update: just returned for our second visit and unfortunately our last one? The server has picked up a menu from the ground and touched the ground when picking up. He sat on a clean serving station with salt and pepper shakers and rolled cutlery and came by to ask if we drink refills while we waited for our food. As we saw him touching the ground, we asked if he could wash his hands. He developed a stance and found it necessary to tell the two ladies at the Hostess station, we had asked him to wash his hands, which prompted them to shoot one? At this point we stood up without going to eat. We told the hostess that we canceled our order, offered to pay only for our soda and had to explain why we didn't want to eat in a facility where to pick up serving from the ground, not wash their hands, insulted when you ask them, and then talk about their customers? sadly not be disappointing again because the food was good."

"I’ll start off by saying I love to cook and I’m good at it so I’m pretty fussy when it comes to food. Black Bull provides very good food and excellent service. Our waiter Leo was polite and attentive as was all of the staff that we interacted with. We had the stuffed mushroom app (a little bland), Panzanella Salad (excellent), tomahawk steak for two (very good), brussels sprouts (excellent), truffle mashed potatoes (good) and Italian hot peppers (very spicy but I like spicy). Their homemade steak sauce is delicious they should bottle it and sell it. We had the apple strudel for desert (very good) but wished for a bit more gelato. For two we spent just shy of $400 (I think that was including a $75 tip). We also have enough leftovers for another meal. All in all a nice place and we’ll definitely go back. BTW there is a speakeasy downstairs, I was surprised to learn you could smoke cigars down there because you couldn’t smell them at all in the dining area."

"We've been there twice. Service was both excellent. Great medieval atmosphere. Have once the beer drank cod and the Ribs / Chicken tenderers once they were all delicious. Also had skin as an app and the French onion soup is the best I ever had. The onions literally melt in the mouth! I love the rum-flight performers small glasses with 4 different tropical rum drinks. Almost two! We will come again frequently as we are happy to try everything on the menu!"

"Fantastic! Our party of four all thoroughly enjoyed both the food and the service at this restaurant. The staff was funny and friendly, and the Italian cuisine was delicious. The portions were generous, reminiscent of traditional Italian family dinners. I couldn't help but think of Carmine's back in town. I even had to take two seats at home to finish my lasagna. "Went there with my buddy not long ago. Our server was not bad, she was friendly and kept tabs on us to see if we were doing well. It was the other staff and the patrons that I was confused about. It seemed they must have been pretty racist, as my friend and I are both children of immigrants, so we aren’t the typical “white folk” that they’re probably used to seeing. Older white women, that’s all I can think of when I think back to my experience there. Multiple older white women staffing the place were staring at us as if we were aliens, as well as several of the patrons that were there. We were not making much noise, as it was just the two of us. We weren’t even speaking to each other all that much, we were just quietly enjoying our food. It was a huge turn off and I probably won’t be going there again as there are many other decent brunch places in the area that are comparable. Dietary restrictions: Pretty much everything on the breakfast menu had pork in it. I do not eat pork so it was hard to choose an entree. Pork is disgusting and shouldn’t be eaten by humans, it’s the most vile meat that exists within today’s agriculture world. Pigs eat their own feces, trash, maggots, and pretty much everything they can fit in their mouth."

"There are two things that Sharkey's does great: wings and cheesesteaks. Literally every single time I've strayed from those two things, I'm always disappointed. Their interpretation of chicken tacos, for instance, consists of flour tortillas with three breaded chicken tenders on them what on earth?? I guess that's what I get for ordering tacos at a sportsbar when this town has at least four delicious Latin American restaurants down the street. Another issue with Sharkey's is the volume. The high metal ceiling creates an echo, which means the place is always extremely loud even if there aren't that many customers. I wish they would install some ceiling baffles to dampen the sound."

"Not gonna lie the food was great! Went there last Friday, But all of that got forgotten by the bitterness of being charged 3 times. The waitress was never rude but she also did swipe the card 3 times before the bank had to block it was not until that happened that she finally came back to inform about the issue, checked the bank and 2 transactions from Black Angus had gone through, she went and brought the manager and even after acknowledging the bank transactions he still asked us to pay a third time with some other form of payment, he said sorry for your charges but since they couldn't make the computer print then we had to be charged again but that he would call on Monday to get the issue fix, well its now Thursday and it took talking to corporate with very nice lady, Jacquie Manager of Guest relations, the bank, and several confirmation calls after that the extra transactions were able to be refunded. The entire thing was managed very poorly with something that could of been cleared up after the first swipe and by checking the transaction on the bank. Might take another risk because the food was great but will make sure I pay cash to avoid all of that stress again."

"The first thing you could see is that they were short handed, with that being said , every worker there was trying their best to make you feel welcome. Service was slow but with only a few servers helping many tables by them selves it is very understandable, they don't have arms and cannot be every where at once. I know our server was stressed but never let on while she was helping us. I wish I remembered her name to give her and extra shout out for her amazing attitude. "Update From a 5 star to just one How sad I feel to write this review The food was amazing the wait staff also good people But.. the hostess well what I belive to be the hostess kicked us out of the restaurant She came to our table and told us we had a 90 minute time limit and we had to leave. We bought tall beers cocktails and 3 stake dinners and where going to continue to buy drinks. I've always enjoyed my outings Black Angus with my fellow coworkers or be a night out with my girl friend. Often it's always my first choice to enjoy a delicious meal and a couple of drinks. But after yesterday I will not be returning."

"They were busy for valentine's day so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. The food did take an hour and 7 minutes. Our waitress was nice and had kept our drinks full.my prime rib was not hot, just luke warm. My husband enjoyed his filet mignon. My sister in law asked for a loaded baked potato and they gave her butter chives. My brother asked for iced tea and the waitress brought him pepsi. She didnt correct the issue either. I dont think I would go back to this location but I'd give the restaurant another chance."
