"I'm here every Tuesday for a business lunch and the waiting staff are GREAT! Letty, the waitress who takes care of us is absolutely amusing! She knows exactly what I want (sweet tea and hot chips with one side of freshly cut limes) and has it ready when I go in the door. She sees where I sit and has already delivered my usual, custom-off-the-menu, order (complete with guacamole, black beans and fresh jalapenos) already in and with in a few minutes. She is more attentive and ensures that my experience is the best she can do as any 5-star restaurant where I've dined! I visit business meetings in restaurants at least five times a week via the Metro-plex and I rarely order because of the frequency I am in these meetings in restaurants. Letty should really own this place because it is the reason why I save my appetite and breakfast on Tuesday and make it a point for lunch here every Tuesday.
