"this restaurant would be a jewel in any market and is a shade for silverton. over three nights we have tried the best local culinary facilities. two were good, but guerra was exceptional. I wish we had tried them first, we had never made it to the other two. Of course, we can only talk to the food we have received, the cook in service, and the waiting staff that served us, but it was a 5-star dinner on all fronts. the veal parmesean was classic and the fetters-alfredo was perfect for my taste. this is not a delicate court, substantially and satisfying. the scallops were beautifully accused by the crispy morsel of the black bell, I would never have guessed, but after sharing my wife it seemed obvious. desserts were also very good. had a buttery crème brulée perfectly glazed and an excellent tiramisu. Usually pommes are not a highlight, but their seasoned julienne kartoffels from the appetizer menu were a manifestation. my only critique would be the calamari seemed a bit over salted to my taste. I prefer a little less broken and more crispy, but these were certainly acceptable. many thanks, guerra’s for an unforgettable dinner at our fifties first annual day. mike and pam"
