"I would certainly recommend Baleares. They are still a new restaurant and feel they have some maturing to do. I believe their biggest room for improvement lies in the class with which their wait staff tends to the clients. From their overly tight uniforms to their awkward mix of casual exchange with customers but still wanting to come across as high end service. In regards to the food, most of what we tried was delicious in general but everything could be amazing by tweaking (fine-tuning) details (in some plates the accompanying sauce, in others the condiment, yet in others the proportion of beef flavor in some rice dishes). But please know that I am being very critical here. In general, it is a good option to dine in Ponce."
